Mark Baker
Chief Executive Officer / Chairman, Touchstone Systems
Mark Baker has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Touchstone Systems Inc., a Texas-based VoIP technology and services company, since its founding in September 2003. Baker has also served as Vice-Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President, and Chairman of the Board of Directors at Lonex Telecommunications, Inc. In addition, he has held various positions at AT&T, including acting as its Executive Vice President International, Vice President and General Manager-International Services, and Vice President-Strategy.
Hal Burlingame
Chairman Emeritus, National Association of HR Executives
Hal Burlingame is Chairman of the ORCWW. He is the former Executive VP of Human Resources for AT&T. In that role Burlingame headed the entire AT&T Human Resources organization from 1987-2001, and handled Merger and Joint Venture Integration and earlier headed corporate-wide Public Relations. From 2001-2005, he served as Senior Executive Advisor for AT&T Wireless. He is past Chairman of the Personnel Round Table and the National Academy of Human Resources. He serves on the Board of Unisource Energy and a number of non-profit organizations.
Byron Deeter
Partner, Bessemer Venture Partners
Byron Deeter is a Partner in Bessemer Venture Partner’s Menlo Park office after having previously been a successful entrepreneur, investor, and consultant. His focus is primarily on early stage investments in the software, Internet, and gaming sectors for Bessemer. Most recently, Mr. Deeter was an executive at IBM, as a result of its 2004 acquisition of Trigo Technologies, where he served as founding President & CEO and later VP, Business Development. Prior to Trigo, Mr. Deeter worked in private equity with TA Associates where he focused on technology investing with investments in companies such as Kintana (acquired by Mercury Interactive) and worked with McKinsey & Company.
Adam Miller

As founder, President and CEO of Cornerstone OnDemand, Miller is responsible for creating and driving the long-term vision for the company, which has enabled triple-digit growth in each of the last three years. Under Miller's direction the company has achieved a leadership position in the fields of on-demand talent management and online education.
Neil Sadaranganey
General Partner, Bay Partners
Neil Sadaranganey is a General Partner at Bay Partners and focuses on software and internet investments. Neil leads the firm’s Software-as-a-Service Practice and is actively involved with a dozen companies in the sector. Before beginning his venture career, Neil spent 15 years working with large and small technology companies. Neil was part of the founding team at Afara WebSystems which was acquired by Sun Microsystems where he ran both product management and business development. Neil has also held senior product management roles at Good Technology and RealNetworks. Neil began his career as a technology consultant with Accenture and IBM.
Rob Ward

Rob Ward is a Managing Director of Meritech Capital and focuses on investment opportunities in enterprise infrastructure and software, medical technology and digital media. Rob's current investments include Acclarent, BigFix, Forescout Technologies, Fortinet, Greenplum, Imperva, Proofpoint, Revenue Science and UltraShape. Previous Meritech investments include Acopia (bought by F5 Networks), Counterpane Internet Security (BT), IntraLase (AMO), MarketAxess, Netezza Corporation, NetSuite, Quigo (AOL), Reliant Technologies (Solta) and TopSpin Communications (Cisco). Prior to co-founding Meritech in 1999, Rob held a variety of positions in Montgomery Securities' Private Equity Group and Smith Barney's Corporate Finance Department. Rob received a B.A. degree from Williams College and a M.S. degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
