Live e-Learning combines and maximizes the benefits of both instructor-led training and e-Learning. Host local, regional, or international seminars online to reach a broader audience, and reduce associated costs.

Through Cornerstone's integration with best-of-breed virtual classroom applications, trainers can set up online events that can be made available to a specific group of users based on division, position, and/or location. This feature can be used to hold real-time training sessions or record training sessions and play them for your geographically dispersed workforce at a later date.

These integrations are not superficial. Users can launch directly into a live virtual classroom session from the LMS. This can be from a transcript, a calendar view, an email generated by the LMS, from the configurable Welcome Page, or other locations.

As with all components of the Cornerstone Learning platform, all virtual classroom sessions are tracked by the system for enterprise-wide reporting. As with all elements of Cornerstone’s Software-as-a-Service offering, virtual classroom sessions are accessed online, on-demand, and at anytime.
