CyberU's Fully-Integrated Human Capital Management Solution Helps Premier Achieve High Levels of Clinical Quality
Santa Monica, CA - January 25, 2005 - CyberU, the leading provider of on-demand applications for human capital management (HCM), today announced that Premier Inc., one of the nation's leading not-for-profit hospital and healthcare system has selected CyberU's Cornerstone OnDemand Human Capital Management (HCM) suite to support its learning management initiatives. This agreement marks CyberU's expansion into the healthcare space and enables Premier to offer its staff a HCM solution that helps them achieve higher levels of clinical quality.
CyberU's flexible business model offers Premier the option for a phased roll out of Cornerstone deployment, beginning with the Learning Management System (LMS), which will be used to manage the full spectrum of their Instructor-Led Training courses. Premier also has plans to roll out Cornerstone's Employee Performance Management component upon successful completion of the LMS launch.
