Bersin & Associates' 2005 LMS Customer Satisfaction Study Recognizes CyberU as a Marketwide 'Outperformer' and a 'Vendor Who Delights Customers'

This rating was given only to those vendors who exceeded the overall industry average within the category. CyberU was also one of the top rated companies in the 'Vendor Who Delights Customers' category. This rating was earned by only those vendors, which exceeded the industry, average for the measure "overall customer satisfaction of a vendor."
