This year's conference will be held at the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada. Miller's presentation, "From Building to Buying to On-Demand, Creating a World-Class Learning and Performance Management System in Half the Time for Half the Cost," will be held on Monday, September 26, 2005 at 10:30 a.m. in room Monet 4.
Miller's 45-minute presentation on how to achieve best practices in human capital management will include how to select and implement the best solution for strategic human capital management needs, and provide an overview comparing the advantages and disadvantages of various delivery platforms including; client-server, on-demand and proprietary models.
