Leader in OnDemand Human Capital Management Recognized for Innovative Development Program and Technologically Advanced Products

Santa Monica, CA, September 28, 2005 - Cornerstone OnDemand, a leading provider of integrated on-demand enterprise software solutions for talent management, today announced that it has been recognized by Software Business Magazine as the industry leader for its technology strategy. The winners of the Fifth Annual Software Industry Awards from Software Business Magazinewill be recognized at Software Business 2005, which runs November 1-2 in Tampa, Florida.

Cornerstone OnDemand Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Adam Miller will participate in a panel discussion entitled "The On-Demand Software Model: Who, What, When & How", to be held on November 2, 2005 at 10:45 a.m. EDT at the Software Business 2005 Conference, Tampa Florida.
