Integrated Performance Reviews Drive Employee Accountability and Effectiveness

Santa Monica, CA, December 14, 2005 - Cornerstone OnDemand, a leading provider of integrated on-demand enterprise software solutions for talent management, today announced the general availability of its advanced performance review functionality for employee performance management. These latest enhancements enable managers to automatically generate performance reviews based on competency scores and goal achievements already measured and tracked within the system.
