The live software demonstrations followed scripted scenarios written by Josh Bersin, CEO and principal, and Leighanne Levensaler, principal analyst, from Bersin & Associates; and by HR Technology Conference Co-Chair Bill Kutik.

The HR professionals in attendance voted for the company they felt was the best for each scenario.
