Cornerstone Provides Solution to Accelerate On-Boarding, Improve Retention and Support Compliance for Leading Supermarket Chain

Santa Monica, CA – April 10, 2007Cornerstone OnDemand, Inc., the only proven provider of on-demand, integrated talent management software and services, today announced that United Supermarkets, Ltd., has selected Cornerstone OnDemand’s learning management system, Cornerstone Learning™. United Supermarkets will be using Cornerstone Learning™ to optimize their training programs, accelerate on-boarding of new hires, and improve retention of their 8,500 employees. United Supermarkets will also be able to count on Cornerstone to support all their internal and regulatory compliance requirements.

United Supermarkets, Ltd. is a Texas-based, family-owned retail grocery chain serving 26 markets throughout north and west Texas. The company operates 46 stores under three distinct formats: United Supermarketsä, Market Streetä and Super Mercado.
