MyTeam gives every manager a streamlined and highly graphical view into their employees’ learning and talent management activities, including development activities, daily action items, performance assessments, goals and objectives, succession plans, and analytics. The new enhancements include Guest User Authentication, which allows users to access designated pages and functions without logging into the system, enabling a business-to-consumer-like environment where users may search and browse for training prior to registering or purchasing the training offering. Another enhancement includes Cornerstone Portal Builder, in which clients can build and embed custom portal pages within the application to enhance the user’s experience.
