Cornerstone OnDemand Client to Discuss the Benefits of SaaS-Based Technology Solutions at SaaS/Gov 2010

Cleveland Airport System’s Acting Chief of Administration & Performance Management to speak on panel examining SaaS solutions from a government user’s perspective

During the panel, titled “Cloud Computing from a Government User's Perspective,” Saunders will share insight into the decision to implement Cornerstone’s secure, on-demand solution to manage and develop Cleveland Hopkins International Airport’s 500 employees, as well as manage training records for the more than 10,000 airline employees that pass through its facilities.

Owned and operated by the City of Cleveland, the Airport established its first-ever Division of Administration in 2007, which was charged with increasing the training and development of its workforce and aligning these efforts with performance management initiatives. With varying regulatory and certification compliance requirements, as well as a strategic push to increase workforce involvement in training opportunities, the Airport sought to invest in a technology solution to support its initiatives.
