Lominger’s Competency Library is Cornerstone OnDemand’s Newest Turn-Key Solution, Adding to Cornerstone’s Pre-Integrated Tools for Performance Management

Santa Monica, CA – December 4, 2006 – Cornerstone OnDemand, Inc., the only proven provider of on-demand, integrated talent management software and services for the enterprise, today announced it has partnered with Lominger International a Korn/Ferry Company, creators of internationally recognized LEADERSHIP ARCHITECT® Competency Library, to provide Cornerstone OnDemand clients with the latest edition of the validated, research-based Lominger Competency Library. The Lominger Competency Library, research and experience-tested leadership skills and behaviors for development, assessment, etc., is seamlessly pre-integrated into Cornerstone Performance, enabling clients to quickly deploy their talent management suite.
