Series to address talent management from three perspectives – Managers, Business Leaders and Employees

Santa Monica, CA – March 25, 2008Cornerstone OnDemand, Inc., the only proven provider of on-demand, integrated learning and talent management software, content and services, today announced a three-part webcast series, “The Talent Management Experience Series,” in collaboration with Talent Management magazine and Bersin & Associates. In this unique webcast series beginning Tuesday, March 25, at 11:00 a.m. Pacific, Leighanne Levensaler, director of talent management for Bersin & Associates, will address talent management initiatives and strategy from the perspective of managers, business leaders, and employees.

The three “Talent Management Experience” webcast sessions are designed to help organizations ensure that their talent management strategies meet the needs, expectations and interests of all stakeholders, while driving user engagement and impacting bottom-line results.

“In order to be successful, a talent management solution must take into consideration the different ways it is used by all constituencies within an organization. The ‘Talent Management Experience Series’ will explore key features, issues, and other factors important to each user audience in your company,” said Levensaler, author of the recent research study Integrated Talent Management Suites: Market Realities, Implementation Experiences, and Vendor Profiles.

In the first webcast, Part 1: The Manager’s Experience, participants will learn what managers require in regards to talent management systems and processes that impact employee retention, performance and development, and how to get buy-in and support from this important user audience.

“Now that talent management has become a hot-button issue for many executives, managers are being asked to do more and know more about the capabilities, potential and career goals of the people they manage,” commented Levensaler. “These are some of the issues we will address in Part 1 of the series.”
