Advantage Sales & Marketing Chooses Cornerstone OnDemand for Integrated Learning and Talent Management Solution

ASM to deploy complete platform for LMS, employee performance management, succession planning and compensation to 12,000 employees in U.S. and Canada

Santa Monica, Calif., December 11, 2008 – Cornerstone OnDemand Inc., a leader in on-demand, integrated learning and talent management software and services, today announced that Advantage Sales & Marketing LLC (ASM) will deploy Cornerstone’s comprehensive suite – including solutions for learning management (LMS), employee performance management, succession planning and compensation – for its more than 12,000 employees in the U.S. and Canada. ASM also will use Cornerstone’s real-time reports and dashboards to evaluate program results and ROI.
