Cornerstone OnDemand Unveils Agenda for Convergence 2009 Annual Client & Partner Conference

Analyst and industry expert presentations, talent management case studies, interactive product labs and more to reveal how to “Grow Your Workforce without Growing Your Headcount”

Santa Monica, Calif., April 16, 2009 Cornerstone OnDemand Inc., a leader in on-demand, integrated learning and talent management software and services, today unveiled the speaker line-up and agenda for its annual Convergence 2009 client and partner conference, scheduled for May 13 – 14 at the Fairmont Miramar Hotel in Santa Monica, Calif. With shifting business conditions and the economic downturn creating several workforce challenges for learning and HR leaders around the globe, this year’s conference theme is “Grow Your Workforce without Growing Your Headcount."

The Convergence conference agenda includes a mix of presentations from premier industry experts and Cornerstone executives, hands-on product labs, product roadmap sessions and more. Highlights include:

Keynote Speakers – Jason Corsello, Vice President, Center of Excellence for analyst firm Knowledge Infusion, will speak to the impact of social collaboration on talent management strategies. Beth Thomas, Vice President and Managing Director for Sequent’s Consulting and Organizational Development practices, will address the importance of developing and engaging employees for improving an organization’s bottom line.

Industry Analyst Panel – HR Executive technology columnist Bill Kutik will moderate a dynamic panel discussion on the topic of “Critical Trends in HR Technology.” Leading analysts on hand to share their expert insights and guidance include Leighanne Levensaler of Bersin and Associates, Zach Thomas of Forrester, Cushing Anderson of IDC and Jason Corsello of Knowledge Infusion.

Talent Management Case Studies and Presentations – Several Cornerstone clients and partners will be on hand to share their success stories and best practices in leveraging learning and talent management solutions to optimize their workforces.
