We are here to help

March 17, 2020

As COVID-19 continues to spread globally, it is profoundly changing the way we live and work. Our hearts go out to those already impacted by the virus, and we want to do everything we can to protect and support our global community through this unprecedented period of uncertainty.

We are taking precautions to ensure the entire Cornerstone Community—including our employees and their families, clients, partners and friends—remain as safe and well as possible. Some of the immediate actions we have taken include asking our 2,000 employees to work from home for the next month and cancelling all business-related travel. We have already conducted a global work from home exercise last week, and we are confident we can fully serve our clients while working virtually.

We want to do our part to minimize community spread of the virus and protect those around us. In that spirit, we have made the decision to convert our Convergence client conference, originally scheduled for May in San Diego, into a fully virtual conference which will take place in June.

The sheer magnitude of global change these last few weeks has created anxiety and uncertainty for most of us. Since millions of people around the world turn to Cornerstone for continued learning, we wanted to use our tools to help the community during this crisis.

In collaboration with our content partners and the Cornerstone OnDemand Foundation, today we are launching Cornerstone Cares, an online destination that includes free, online learning content to help you stay informed and navigate this extraordinary situation. The site provides training playlists with content to help you learn more about the virus, stay productive while working from home, and deal with anxiety.

All of us at Cornerstone will continue to do our part to support the safety of the community, and we’ll continue to update the Cornerstone Cares site with resources as they become available. Please take care of yourselves and each other – we are all in this together.

Stay safe and well,

Adam Miller
Founder & CEO
