Cornerstone OnDemand: Brand
Get Started
This resource page explains and defines the visual elements of Cornerstone's brand, as well as how to appropriately use all images, logos, and colors. These guidelines are for both internal and external usage and for any audience.

Brand Guidelines

To support our new brand system, we have developed a unique and distinctive identity system. This is a creative toolkit that includes strategy, brand personality, and a visual system with our company logo and a collection of colors, typefaces, graphics and photography that can be used in different combinations. This will help us create a flexible, yet consistent, look and feel for all of our brand communications.

Contact the Creative Team for questions about these guidelines or to receive a copy of the long-form brand and communication guide.

Logo With Tagline

Logo With Tagline

The logo with tagline have been designed to give enough flexibility for the logo to work in a variety of brand communications. Here are a few examples of ways to use the primary logo with the new color palette. While the colors may work well together, we should avoid certain combinations that may vibrate or become less legible. Do not alter or attempt to recreate the logo.

It is important to be aware, in both copy and logo usage, of the correct English spelling of the word “realize vs realise” in our tagline (US English vs UK English).

Color Palette

Color Palette

Color is an important aspect of our brand's identity. By having fewer color options, the brand is less likely to stray from its original conception and thus become nonrecognizable. Cornerstone Blue and Seafoam are the primary brand colors and should be used more often than Tech Green which is an accent color for minimal use. Do not introduce any colors into Cornerstone communications other than those specified.

When specifying color for actual production, refer to the specifications provided. Do not rely on printouts for color matching. For commercial printing, Pantone® (PMS) inks are recommended. For 4-color process printing, use the specified CMYK color values. Apply the RGB or HEX color models for screen and web.
Typeface

Typeface

Primary Typeface
Using a specified family of typefaces to communicate the brand voice across all material visually reinforces the consistency of the brand. In all but one application, Roboto is the acceptable brand font. It’s necessary that we use a default font for PowerPoint. The default brand font for Cornerstone PowerPoint templates is Century Gothic. The PowerPoint section of this guide has layout examples for you to follow.
Recommended Web Font
Roboto is an open source font available via Google. Not only can it be used for print communications, it can also be used in web page development. For examples of typography usage, please refer to the Application sectionin the style guide.
