Dave Carter is Chief Sales Officer for Cornerstone OnDemand and leads all sales and pre-sales teams in the Americas as well as the Global Alliances and Sales Operations function. It is his job to set the vision for the sales teams making sure that they thoroughly understand client requirements and provide value through the sales process.

Prior to joining Cornerstone, Dave led high-performing sales teams for HR services and software companies including Accenture, Ceridian, and ProBusiness.

Carter also served as an Anti-Submarine Warfare Officer in the United States Navy and was honorably discharged with the rank of Lieutenant.

Dave holds a BA Economics from Clark University.
