Cornerstone OnDemand Announces Speakers and Agenda for Convergence EMEA 2013 Client Conference

Clients Including Louis Vuitton, Pandora and Virgin Media Join Cornerstone to “Reimagine Work”
 

London, UK: 14 October 2013 - Cornerstone OnDemand (NASDAQ:CSOD), a global leader in cloud-based talent management software solutions, today announced the agenda and speaker line-up for its annual EMEA client conference, Convergence EMEA 2013, being held 16-17 October at the Park Plaza Riverbank, London.

The annual EMEA conference will not only bring together a mix of clients from different markets to share their insight and experiences regarding talent management, but the event will also drive the debate forward on what the workforce of the future will look like.

Adam Miller, CEO & founder of Cornerstone, will open the two-day conference with a keynote speech titled, “Time to Reimagine Work”, which will feature client guest speakers from Louis Vuitton and Pandora.

“The theme of this year’s conference is ‘Reimagine Work,’ which reflects our belief that today’s workplace is in the midst of real and sustained change,” said Miller. “Today’s employees not only want flexibility in where and how they work, but they also want to be developed, recognised and connected at their workplace. From helping teams collaborate and communicate more effectively to making performance more transparent and actionable, we aim to inspire attendees to examine and evolve their thinking about how they empower their workforce and drive business success.”

Other highlights of this year’s Convergence EMEA conference include:

·        Client speakers: The client speaker line-up will feature HR and talent management professionals representing some of the world’s leading and most innovative brands, such as: AXA, BP, Louis Vuitton, Pandora, Virgin Media and Western Union.

·        User adoption session: This popular client-run session focuses on questions that attendees want answered regarding best practices and experiences. Clients including Statkraft, Western Union, SKF, BO and UNHCR will also be joining the discussion.

·        Interactive sessions: This year’s agenda boasts a variety of sessions that will appeal to attendees at any level or role, providing insight and innovation in how your organisation can “reimagine work” and talent management. These include “Go Mobile, Get Productive” and “Performance and Talent, Impacting Business Today.”
