The Forrester Wave for Learning and Performance Management names Cornerstone as a Leader in learning and performance management in its 34-criteria evaluation, which includes current offering, strategy, and market presence.

According to the report, today Forrester sees the best companies offering learning experiences that go well beyond compliance training, and instead “offer a blend of engaging formats that challenge and extend employees’ depth and breadth of knowledge.” In its report, Forrester recognizes Cornerstone for its “refreshed user interface and complete support for blended learning,” as well as for its machine learning and career mobility prediction through its analytics offering. Additionally, the report notes that “customers like the partnership atmosphere with Cornerstone and their responsiveness to issues.”

Also named a Leader in the Nucleus Research Talent Management Technology Value Matrix for the second consecutive year, Nucleus notes that “Cornerstone edges out all others” in usability. In its report, Nucleus emphasizes the importance of a modern, “social media-style user interface” in facilitating real-time dialogue and driving user adoption and engagement.

The report states that “Cornerstone is doing all the right things to steel itself from full-breadth players’ encroaching competition.” Furthermore, the report highlights Cornerstone’s leadership in several areas of human capital management, including the consumerization of its user experience; the company’s full suite of people analytics, Cornerstone Insights; and its expansion into people administration with Cornerstone HR. The report concludes that “given Cornerstone’s sage move to develop an HRMS and assiduous improvements in weaving [Cornerstone’s machine learning capabilities] into the product, Nucleus believes Cornerstone will continue to be an exemplary vendor in this industry.”
