“An engaged workforce with a hunger for learning is vital for business success, but to achieve that kind of workforce, companies must ensure they’re providing the right tools and technology that their people need to grow, develop, and collaborate more,” said Vincent Belliveau, executive vice president and general manager of Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), Cornerstone. “Our own research with IDC in 2017, showed that cultural resistance is the top barrier to digital transformation in UK businesses, so we hope that our sessions at Learning Technologies can change that and bring inspiration to delegates on how they can tackle challenges and inspire their workforce in 2018.”
