Cornerstone OnDemand Announces Speaker Line-Up
for its Convergence 2012 Client Conference

Client presenters include learning and HR leaders from The Neiman Marcus Group, Turner Broadcasting System and MetroPCS, among many others

SANTA MONICA, Calif. – May 3, 2012  Cornerstone OnDemand (NASDAQ:CSOD), a global leader in cloud-based talent management software solutions, today announced the speaker line-up and agenda for its annual client conference, Convergence 2012, to be held May 15-17 at the Terranea Resort in Rancho Palos Verdes, Calif.

Cornerstone’s signature event connects learning, HR and talent management professionals from around the world with top industry thought leaders and Cornerstone team members to discuss workforce trends and share people management strategies and technology best practices.

This year’s Convergence agenda boasts 60 interactive educational sessions, the majority of which will be led by learning, HR and talent management professionals representing top-tier Cornerstone clients across a wide variety of industries. Clients include American Bankers Association, Advantage Sales and Marketing, BMC Software, EchoStar Corporation, MasterCard Worldwide, McCarthy Building Companies, MetroPCS, The Neiman Marcus Group, Pitney Bowes, State of Nebraska, Tractor Supply Company, True Value Company, Turner Broadcasting System and the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, among others.

Bill Kutik, technology columnist for trade publication Human Resource Executive, also will moderate a Cornerstone client panel featuring executives from Western Union and New Leaders, among others. During the session, panelists will share their insights regarding employee management topics ranging from change management and user adoption, to social media and collaborative work.

The theme of this year’s Convergence conference is “Building the Empowered Enterprise.” Mainstream adoption of online, social, mobile and cloud technologies are changing how consumers live, communicate and work. This shift is requiring organizations to adapt to new ways of functioning and thinking, especially as it relates to workforce management. Adam Miller, Cornerstone’s founder and CEO, will explore how these trends are impacting clients and influencing Cornerstone’s product innovation during his opening keynote presentation, which will be streamed live to Cornerstone’s Web site.

“The concept of the Empowered Enterprise is rooted in the convergence of technology and people,” said Miller. “Technology strategies are now being driven by what employees need and want in order to get their jobs done, while incorporating the devices and applications they use every day. This creates significant opportunities for organizations to transform the ways in which they engage, enable and empower their workforce through learning, performance and talent management initiatives.”

Conference sessions are organized into seven tracks tailored for professionals at every level – including business leaders, managers, administrators and IT professionals – as well as tracks for new and prospective Cornerstone clients. Topics span the talent management spectrum, from recruiting, learning and development, enterprise social networking, and performance management, to succession planning, employee career management, extended enterprise enablement and more.

The Convergence 2012 Diamond Sponsor is Intelladon. Gold Sponsors include ADP, Altus365, KnowedgeAdvisors and Sage. Silver Sponsors include HireVue and SHL.
