Cornerstone OnDemand Sets Date to Announce Fourth Quarter and Fiscal Year 2013 Results

Fourth quarter and fiscal 2013 results to be released on February 11, 2014 after market close

SANTA MONICA, Calif. – February 5, 2014 – Cornerstone OnDemand (NASDAQ:CSOD), a global leader in cloud-based talent management software solutions, announced today that the company’s financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year 2013 will be released after the market close on Tuesday, February 11, 2014. Cornerstone will host a conference call to discuss the results at 2:00 p.m. PT (5:00 p.m. ET) on the same day.
