The Mid-Market ImplementationTeam Manager is responsible for the management and development of the implementation services team responsible for delivering client implementations of the Cornerstone Mid-Market product offering.  This role is responsible for continual process improvement of the delivery methods and tools as well as direct management and growth of team resources.  The Mid-Market manager will also support the sales efforts and overall operations of the Mid-Market services implementation team.  In this role, the Manager will need to be an expert on the Mid-Market product and capable of performing the following tasks: 


Key Responsibilities


  • Strategize process design efforts for Mid-Market Implementation Delivery improvement
  • Support sales efforts related to Mid-Market Service Offerings
  • Supervise and Develop Mid-Market Implementation Specialists
  • Assist in hiring, on-boarding, development and certification of implementation team members
  • Ensure appropriate implementation team resource allocations across client projects
  • Interface directly with Mid-Market clients to Kick-off implementation services
  • Maintain Mid-Market Product Methodology and Welcome Kit
  • Work closely with marketing to produce support materials for service offerings
  • Manage client quality assurance and issue escalations during client implementations


Required Skills and Experience


  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Technology or Marketing; MBA preferred.
  • 5 - 7 years’ experience with client-facing support services including team management
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Experience with customer relationship management application
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and professional etiquette.
