De taken die werknemers uitvoeren en de vaardigheden die ze daarvoor nodig hebben, zijn de afgelopen jaren flink veranderd. Eén van de conclusies uit recent onderzoek door TNO en CBS is dat vaardigheden steeds belangrijker worden. Door uit te gaan van taken en skills in plaats van beroepen, diploma’s en opleidingen kunnen eenvoudiger matches op de arbeidsmarkt worden gemaakt, aldus de onderzoekers.
