Your Learning Resource Playlist for Pride Month and Beyond

This month has been a momentous one for the LGBTQ+ community. In a watershed decision, the Supreme Court ruled that an existing federal law forbids job discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation or gender identity. This victory is encouraging, but there’s still work to be done in the LGBTQ+ community’s fight for equality.

In a post earlier this month, we identified some small yet impactful ways employers can acknowledge and overcome existing issues like microaggressions, misuse of gender identity terms and creating inclusive environments for trans employees.

1) Identify Bias—and Start the Conversation with Colleagues
