Steve is the principal consultant of 2020 Talent Management, a boutique HR/OD consulting firm he started in 2013.  Prior to that he served in global HR/OD and line executive roles at IBM, Compaq, J&J, American Power Conversion, Juniper Networks and the Human Performance Institute.
