Cornerstone OnDemand to Spotlight Power of Predictive Analytics at HR Technology Conference

SANTA MONICA, Calif.— Oct. 14, 2015 — Cornerstone OnDemand (NASDAQ:CSOD), a global leader in cloud-based talent management software solutions, today announced the company will highlight how it is helping companies harness the power of big data and predictive analytics in the workplace at the 18th Annual HR Technology Conference & Exposition®, being held at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in Las Vegas on Oct. 18-21, 2015.

Cornerstone (booth no. 2111) will showcase the initial release of its predictive analytics solution, Cornerstone Insights, which uses Cornerstone’s refined machine learning system to pull meaningful business insights from the company’s massive network of talent data from more than 2,000 clients over 15 years. The dashboards, including Compliance Control, Compliance Guide and Predictive Succession, are designed to address critical issues facing organizations, such as employee compliance and succession planning.
