Erick is an experienced Talent Management and Organizational Development leader with over 25 years of experience in executive leadership, post-merger workforce integration, and talent technology across multiple industries. Erick’s eight-year career with Cornerstone has seen him have success in roles of pre-sales consulting, Regional Sales Manager, Manager of Account Management, and Sr. Alliances Manager.
