Currently, Dr. Burnett is a Principal Consultant at TiER1 Performance where she provides guidance and actionable solutions to enterprise-level organizational leaders who are seeking to advance their talent and skills strategies, people practices, and leverage AI technologies for HR.Jennifer has held various HR executive roles, driving innovation and excellence in talent management, talent acquisition, people analytics and strategic workforce planning. She has also recently served as a Principal for The Conference Board’s Human Capital Center, leading insightful research on skills-driven talent practices and the role of AI in HR, learning and talent management.
