Why is the talent shortage a major issue for companies?
Identifying talent within a group is a very high priority. There has been a real upheaval with the pandemic, but also with the acceleration of technology, which means that the skills people had yesterday are not necessarily those that will be expected today and tomorrow. Finding people with the necessary skills is becoming very difficult. This is a real brake on the success and growth of companies.
Why is employee training an important?
We have launched a global study that shows that companies with the highest performance levels - including the highest profitability, lowest employee turnover and best customer feedback; invest more in the development of their employees. This shows that all companies should therefore invest in this area.
How has the pandemic accelerated the digital transformation of HR?
