Frank Ricciardi is the Chief Customer Officer for Cornerstone OnDemand. He is responsible for our global client strategy that unifies the company to provide incredible experiences and create meaningful value along the client journey.
Frank has called Cornerstone home since March 2005. Prior to his current role, Frank relocated to Hong Kong for five years to build and lead Cornerstone’s business in Asia-Pacific and Japan. He initially came to Cornerstone to establish the Account Management function focused on growing and retaining existing client relationships. As enterprise cloud software took shape and the client portfolio grew, Frank expanded Cornerstone’s relationship management capabilities to include Global Product Support, Client Success Management, Client Experience and Client Marketing. To create relationship management at scale, Frank pioneered Cornerstone’s market-leading Client Success Program, including the innovative Client Success Framework, intended to ensure that both Cornerstone and its clients achieve unparalleled success in the cloud and are partners for life.
Before joining Cornerstone, Frank was with Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting), DigitalThink (acquired by Convergys) and more.com. Frank is an Angelino at heart, a native of Philadelphia, PA, and holds B.S. degrees in both Finance and Economics from Drexel University.
