Session to Address New Strategies Behind the Convergence of Learning and Performance Management
Santa Monica, CA, February 7, 2006 - Cornerstone OnDemand, Inc. the leading provider of integrated on-demand enterprise software solutions for human capital management announced today that its President and CEO, Adam Miller, and Larry Israelite Ph.D., the Director of Strategic Learning at Pitney Bowes, will present at the 2006 HRO World Los Angeles HR Week. This year's conference will be held at the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza in Los Angeles, California. The presentation, titled "Pitney Bowes Learning Technology Secrets," will be held on Thursday, February 9, 2006 at 1:00 p.m. in Track 1.
Mr. Miller and Dr. Israelite's 40-minute presentation will focus on how to achieve best practices in human capital management. More specifically, it will touch on how organizations can select and implement the best solution to achieve a training program that will truly optimize employee performance. The co-presenters will discuss the advantages of an integrated HCM system, and will provide forecasts for the HCM industry.
