Cornerstone’s Chief Product Officer Karthik Suri and Global VP of Strategic Initiatives Mike Bollinger will share expert insights during their session, “Exploring the 7 Dimensions of a Healthy Talent Program.” Together, Suri and Bollinger will outline the seven critical dimensions that encompass a healthy talent program, share where the most competitive organizations are leading and discuss how innovative technology, like Generative AI, is propelling reskilling, retention and analytics efforts. This session will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 11 at 10:45 a.m. in room ‘Oceanside F.’
Suri and Bollinger’s session comes on the heels of new Cornerstone research, the 2023 Talent Health Index, which uncovers what organizations are prioritizing today and where they might be falling behind with their talent health initiatives. The global study found a persistent gap between what employees think they need to be able to grow and develop at work, and what today’s talent programs are providing them – further cementing the imminent need for organizations to invest in a holistic talent strategy to develop their people’s skills and adapt to sweeping workplace changes.
“As organizations across the globe are grappling with the continued surge in workforce transformation, HR Tech is a great opportunity for our industry to come together and reimagine the ways in which we are investing in our talent strategies and programs,” said Karthik Suri, Chief Product Officer, Cornerstone. “We’re excited to share our perspective on what it will take to embrace and evolve with the changing talent landscape through our holistic approach for a future-fit talent strategy.”
