What are the Catalyst Awards?
The Cornerstone Catalyst Awards (formerly “Cornerstone Galaxy Awards”) recognize and honor organizations and individuals that have made a significant and lasting impact in the HR, talent development, and learning industry.
What’s new for this year?
The name is new. They’re now the Cornerstone Catalyst Awards. The rest is the same. The organization categories still recognize the innovations and positive impacts our customers make with Cornerstone. The individual categories still honor standout stars making waves across the industry.
Who is eligible?
All Cornerstone customers can apply for any of the organizational categories of the Cornerstone Catalyst Awards. Any and all industry leaders can apply for the individual awards, whether or not they use Cornerstone within their organization.
Can I submit my organization for multiple awards?
Yes, you may submit multiple award applications for your organization.
Is there a word limit?
Each application has a specific word limit listed in the submission form.
Is there a cost to apply?
No, there is no cost to apply.
How will information from my Catalyst Award application be used?
Cornerstone will use the information included in your award applications to judge and decide the award winners. The information may also be used for internal awareness purposes, to describe the winners on stage at our events, media relations purposes (e.g., press release, media interview mentions, etc.) and on the Cornerstone website.
When will winners be announced and how will they be notified?
We’ll announce the winners in Q2 2027 and notify them via email. Winners will receive a trophy and be recognized in a press release, on social media, and at select Cornerstone events.
What is the judging process and criteria?
A diverse group of judges at Cornerstone will review all award applications. Criteria for each award entry can be found below.
