Dan Tesnjak
At Cornerstone, Dan Tesnjak is leading the GTM architecture of the workforce semantic layer - a structured foundation that makes skills and work data decision-grade for CIOs, CFOs, and transformation leaders, not just HR. He works across product, go-to-market, and commercial strategy to ensure what gets built can be sold, and what gets sold can be delivered.
Tesnjak has spent over a decade at the center of workforce data and skills intelligence. At Degreed, he built and led the EMEA and APAC business. At TechWolf, he was brought in to architect the GTM engine during a critical scale phase, translating AI-driven skills intelligence into a repeatable enterprise sales motion.
He writes and teaches on workforce intelligence, AI commercialization, and the gap between skills hype and enterprise reality. Tesnjak is a Lecturer at the Hochschule für Wirtschaft Zürich (HWZ) and a contributor to AIHR, Chief Talent Officer, and Talent Management. He is based in Zurich.
