Mohan Reddy

Chief Scientist Officer, Cornerstone

Mohan Reddy is Chief Scientist at Cornerstone AI Labs, where he architected the Labor Market Engine, a workforce computation system representing 1.2 billion people and 5 billion jobs, executing over 150 trillion computations daily. Before joining Cornerstone through the acquisition of SkyHive, the workforce intelligence company he founded, Mohan built and scaled platforms serving hundreds of millions of users across nine ventures as a founder and three successful exits. Among them was FogHorn Systems, one of the earliest edge AI platforms for industrial IoT, later acquired by Johnson Controls. With 25+ years building intelligent systems across enterprise software, robotics, and distributed computing, he has a track record of taking ideas from the lab to production systems operating at planetary scale.

Mohan is also Associate Director at Stanford's Human Perception Lab, where he leads research at the intersection of neuroscience, psychology, and AI. His lab work focuses on human-machine perception, predictive cognition, and multimodal reasoning, including the Universal Sensory Index for multimodal perception, frameworks for embodied cognition in robotic systems, and agent readiness models that ground AI behavior in human cognitive principles. This dual role allows him to bridge deep research with the applied AI and workforce transformation work he drives at Cornerstone.
