Mensen zijn het waardevolste bezit van een organisatie – en personeelsverloop is duur, niet alleen vanwege de kosten van werving en selectie, indienstneming en opleiding, maar ook door het opgelopen productiviteitsverlies.
Het is al moeilijk genoeg om een goede baas te zijn, laat staan een uitstekende.
