Cornerstone and ADP
Expand Strategic Alliance
The relationship originally formed in 2009, under which ADP collaborated with Cornerstone to offer Cornerstone’s comprehensive talent management suite primarily to North American organizations, complementing and enhancing ADP’s existing HR and payroll solutions. The new agreement expands the relationship globally and across a wider breadth of segments, including small businesses.
As part of the agreement, Cornerstone’s learning and performance management solution for small businesses, Cornerstone Growth Edition, is expected to be made available to ADP customers via the ADP Marketplace in early 2016. Small businesses make up a significant number of ADP’s over 630,000 client base, which spans more than 100 countries.
The two companies also have worked together to develop applications that enable seamless integration between their respective offerings, utilizing application programming interfaces (APIs). ADP has enabled streamlined integration and data sharing between Cornerstone’s talent management suite and ADP’s human capital management solutions, as well as a single sign-on solution for direct access from the ADP Gateway to the Cornerstone suite. In addition, enhanced data-sharing capabilities across Cornerstone’s talent acquisition application, Cornerstone Recruiting, and ADP Workforce Now, ADP’s robust human capital management solution for midsized businesses, are now via the ADP Marketplace.
