The Catalyst Awards celebrate leaders like past winner Generali, whose We LEARN platform, built in partnership with Cornerstone, brought 84% of its 90,000 global colleagues into active learning, identified 60 new critical skills, and quickly developed more than 200 targeted courses for a workforce spanning more than 50 countries. Customer nominations for the 2027 Cornerstone Catalyst Awards are due Jan. 15, 2027. Winners will be announced in Q2 2027.
