The Gartner Magic Quadrant shows the competitive positioning of four types of talent management technology providers: Leaders, Visionaries, Niche Players and Challengers. Based on Cornerstone’s “completeness of vision” and “ability to execute,” the company has maintained its position in the Leaders quadrant every year since the report was introduced in 2013.
