Erin Spencer has spent almost five years at Sierra-Cedar working behind the scenes to program and analyze the Sierra-Cedar HR Systems Survey. Published since 1997, the survey is the longest running, most widely distributed and most highly participative research effort in the HR industry, annually tracking the adoption, deployment approaches and value achieved from HR technologies. Most recently, Spencer has co-authored both the Sierra-Cedar HR Systems Survey and Finance and Supply Chain Systems White Papers.

Spencer is a self-directed learner with a growth mindset. Her life's motto? "Society rewards compulsive people."
