Honouring excellence across regions: Global recognition awards

Bristlecone's accolades at the Brandon Hall HCM Excellence Awards and recognition at the ETHRWorld Future Skills Award and the 2023 Nucleus Research ROI Award highlighted their exceptional contributions to the industry. By leveraging our AI-driven peer learning platform, Bristlecone has successfully nurtured a learning culture and fostered a growth mindset within its workforce. The remarkable increase in training hours, certified professionals and employee feedback scores demonstrates their commitment to continuous improvement.

Mahindra Group claimed the bronze and gold awards at the ETHRWorld Future SKill Awards in India, exemplifying their dedication to excellence. The Gold award was for the "Best Approach to Implementing a Learning Experience Platform (LXP)" category. They have revolutionised learning with their LXP platform, offering role-specific content and empowering employees to take charge of their development. The results are outstanding, with an impressive adoption rate, thousands of completed courses and a high NPS.

DACH region's remarkable triumphs

In the DACH region, the 2023 eLearning Awards served as a platform to honour three outstanding customers: DHL Group, DKV Mobility and Flottweg SE.

DHL Group's groundbreaking "Smart Connect" app clinched the prestigious eLearning Award 2023 in the "Competence Management" category. The app ensures smooth information flow and provides extensive digital learning prospects to bring together its global workforce of 600,000 employees on a digital platform. DHL's dedication to meeting employee needs and adapting to the changing workforce landscape has earned it a well-deserved spot as a top global employer.

DKV Mobility's pioneering project, "Who Knows Teaches," secured them the eLearning Award in the "User-generated Content" category. This innovative initiative highlights self-driven learning, tapping into the internal wisdom of its employees, thereby cultivating a fresh learning culture. By encouraging employees to share their expertise and facilitating the creation of user-generated content, DKV Mobility promotes agility and empowers autonomous learning within the organisation.

Flottweg SE's unwavering commitment to workplace safety ignited the creation of the Flottweg Campus, a cutting-edge digital platform for annual safety instructions. Recognised at the eLearning Awards 2023, this remarkable initiative revolutionised conventional, time-intensive safety training into adaptable, online e-learning courses. The Flottweg Campus represents a significant stride in adopting digital solutions, providing employees with accessible, top-notch safety instructions suited for today's technology-driven landscape.

APJ awards: Recognising exceptional achievement

In the APJ region, we celebrated remarkable accomplishments by Trade Me, Shangri-La Group, Bristlecone, Watsons Personal Care Stores and the NSW Department of Customer Service.

• Trade Me (New Zealand) - People Experience Award: Trade Me embraced Cornerstone for data insights and learning pathways, elevating employee satisfaction metrics significantly.

• Shangri-La Group (Hong Kong) - Learning and Development Award: Shangri-La utilised Cornerstone to rapidly deploy initiatives, resulting in a notable increase in guest satisfaction scores and fostering meaningful global learning engagement.

• Bristlecone (India) - Learning Experience Platform Award: Bristlecone fostered an entrepreneurial culture with EdCast by Cornerstone, achieving remarkable learning engagement and boasting the highest platform usage among group companies.

• Watsons Personal Care Stores (Philippines) - Performance & Career Growth Strategy Award: Watsons leveraged Cornerstone Performance for robust performance management and open feedback initiatives, fostering a positive work environment.

• NSW Department of Customer Service (Australia) - Content Adoption Award: NSW DCS showcased exceptional content engagement, emphasising employee welfare and development, resulting in enhanced engagement and loyalty.

Individual accolades: Celebrating incredible professionals

Meredith Wellard from DHL won the SuperNova Awards in the "Future of Work: Human Capital Management" category. Her exceptional skills and contributions are a testament to our hard work and collaboration with Cornerstone in launching the Career Marketplace for DHL Group. The SuperNova Awards serve as a library of over 250 case studies of technology projects for digital and business transformation, available to Constellation's Executive Network (CEN).

Mr. Francis Tan, VP of Learning and Talent Management at MGM China received the GOLD award from the Chief Learning Officer Learning Strategy Practice Award. This recognition celebrates MGM's remarkable commitment to providing world-class learning and career opportunities for their team members and communities. MGM's acclaimed MGM Academy, offering 2,400 courses with 30+ partners, and the MGM eAcademy, powered by Cornerstone with 15,800 programmes, reflect their unwavering dedication to learning.
