June 2014 Product Release: Consumerization Matters

Technology application user interface, or UI, matters more than ever now that employees are bringing their consumer devices to work. In a self-service and highly connected world, old school technology just doesn’t do anything for end-users nor do they choose to use it. Today, employees want and expect more, and a bad UI will kill adoption of your technology investment.

Researching and working with our clients on user experience principles, we’ve discovered that end-user experience of software is not features-based, it is workflow-based.
