Building a self-directed Learning culture at AXA

In 2016, AXA UK realised that its learning wasn’t providing employees enough choice and variety. Training was an annual tick-box exercise, where 80 percent of learning and development was delivered in the classroom and mainly focused on compliance. Its few digital learning offerings were also being delivered through a dated HR system with a poor user experience.

AXA UK knew it was no longer sustainable to deliver training this way, so launched a new Cornerstone-based learning management system to innovate its learning and development programme. Hear their success story!
