Autrement dit, les collaborateurs ne quittent pas leur emploi, ils quittent leur supérieur. C'est une mauvaise nouvelle pour les entreprises qui visent innovation, succession et longévité du marché. Le capital humain est la ressource la plus précieuse de l'entreprise et la rotation du personnel coûte cher tant en termes de sourcing, de recrutement et de budget de formation que de perte de productivité.
