Laut einer Studie von Udemy aus dem Jahr 2018 hat fast die Hälfte der befragten Angestellten ihren Job aufgrund schlechter Führungskräfte gekündigt. Knapp zwei Drittel waren außerdem der Meinung, dass ihre Vorgesetzten kein richtiges Führungskräftetraining absolviert haben.
Was heißt das konkret? Ganz einfach: Angestellte kündigen nicht ihren Job – sie kündigen ihren Vorgesetzten. Das sind schlechte Neuigkeiten für Unternehmen, die langfristig auf dem Markt bestehen möchten, Innovationen planen und Nachfolgeplanung betreiben. Mitarbeiter:innen sind das wichtigste Kapital eines jeden Unternehmens – und Fluktuationen sind nicht nur mit hohen Kosten in den Bereichen Personalbeschaffung, Einstellung und Schulungen verbunden, sondern beeinträchtigen auch die Produktivität.
Eine gute – geschweige denn einegroßartige – Führungskraft zu sein, ist allerdings nicht einfach.
