Answering the increased demand for learning content and enhancing our product portfolio
Our customers’ demand for modern content and continuous skill-building opportunities only increased in Q3. You wanted more creative ways to develop and provide the type of content your people need to succeed in today’s workforce, which is precisely why we were so excited to announce the launch of our newest learning series, Skills for Scale.
Launching with ten courses that help you and your people develop the most critical business and leadership skills of the future — known as power skills — Skills for Scale is a partnership with WaitWhat’s award-winning media property, Masters of Scale. And improvements weren’t just on the content side. In Q3, EdCast, our industry-leading LXP, saw multiple advancements. You can now access new skills capabilities, deepened cross-platform integrations and more intuitive insights and dashboards — just to name a few.
Remaining customer-obsessed with good reason

In Q3, customers like BBVA saw great success leveraging our tools to develop and enhance its employee growth strategies and manage various talent areas, including recruitment, assessment, learning and mobility.

The partnership promises to supercharge your upskilling, reskilling and talent development efforts. We have a feeling this is just the beginning of more exciting innovations to come.
SumTotal wasn’t the only exciting addition to Cornerstone. In Q3, we welcomed a lineup of top industry experts to our Executive Leadership team to help support our customers’ rapid growth trajectories. Join us in welcoming our newest leaders:

In the words of our very own CEO, Himanshu Palsule, “We have cemented an exceptional lineup of leaders who are simply unmatched in knowledge, experience and passion.” We couldn’t agree more.
Cementing our position as an innovative industry leader
In Q3, thanks to the support of our customers, we received significant recognition for our product innovation, leadership, career growth opportunities and more. Their feedback and support helped us win multiple industry awards, like:

Our executive leadership team joined the spotlight, too, showcasing their industry thought leadership during some incredibly impactful webinars and live sessions.
In Q3, we continued the discussion surrounding our 2022 global research study, Thriving in the Global Skills Shortage: Your Path Through the Wilderness, with our Director of Product Marketing Jennifer Whitmer and VP of Strategic Initiatives Mike Bollinger. During an exclusive LinkedIn live session, Jennifer and Mike discussed rising skills development trends and shared five concrete steps to improve your organisation’s skills development program.
Our Chief Customer Officer Toya Del Valle also shared her insights as she sat down with global industry analyst Josh Bersin to discuss how streamlined employee experience is vital to building skills and improving retention.
Unpacking industry trends with our peers and customers – in person!
Cornerstone made a triumphant return to the annual HR Tech conference in Q3. We embraced the sights, the face-to-face interactions and, most importantly, the trends!
This year’s conference spanned a myriad of topics at the forefront of everyone’s minds — from the evolving hybrid workplace to unlocking talent data with skills technology and so much more. We also had a chance to take part in the discussions, leading two thought-provoking sessions. Cornerstone VP of Content Summer Salomonsen led a session about how to build modern and effective content strategies. At the same time, VP of Product Marketing and Customer Experience Katie Ballantyne presented the first-ever demo of Cornerstone’s new solutions ecosystem. You can check out our full HR Tech recap here.
And, since we’re on the topic of events...
Some might say we saved the best for last, and they would be right! Because how could we possibly close out this Q3 roundup without mentioning Cornerstone Convergence 2022? That’s right, we’re coming back live and in person for our annual Convergence conference, and we couldn’t be more excited. From our dynamic keynote speakers to more than 75 breakout sessions with Cornerstone customers, product experts and industry thought leaders, the opportunities will be limitless, and we’re counting down the days. Don’t worry; if you can’t make it, we’ll tell you how everything went when we’re recapping Q4!
