Lernkultur als Leistungshebel: Fallstudien von Sopra Steria und Axens
Das Industriemodell des 20. Jahrhunderts basierte auf relativ stabilen Qualifikationen, die aktuellen und zukünftigen Mitarbeitenden in großem Umfang vermittelt werden mussten. Werkzeuge waren für eine lange Lebensdauer ausgelegt und Fähigkeiten veralteten relativ langsam. Die Unternehmen bildeten Mitarbeiter aus und waren produktiv. Heute ändern sich Technologien, Praktiken und Erwartungen zu schnell, um diese Arbeitsteilung beizubehalten. Lernen muss auf allen Ebenen und zu jeder Zeit in den Unternehmen stattfinden.
