Nu we afscheid van 2020 nemen, is het een goed moment om stil te staan bij de dingen die in positieve zin zijn veranderd en die ook in 2021 hun stempel op onze wereld zullen blijven drukken.

After that, I joined the airline industry, and during my time there transitioned from customer care to operations and human resources.
